Yandy Has Learned To Block Everyone Else's Opinions as We Enter Season 9 of 'Love & Hip Hop'

Yandy Smith-Harris is one of the Love & Hip Hop OGs and throughout her journey on this show, she's learned a lot. Mainly, that what other people think about her is none of her business.

In catching up Yandy before the premiere of the ninth season, Mrs. Smith-Harris reminisces on how difficult times were during the course of her tenure.

"Having to say goodbye to my husband for the first time was the hardest. I learned how much I love him and how much I needed him and how much I could not live without him," Yandy shares, adding that she has to keep reminding herself that this was necessary. It's been therapeutic for Yandy to watch herself on television and Love & Hip Hop gives her that platform to be great. With fame comes critics and after some time, Yandy's become numb to every single one of them but all-in-all, "continuing to be on the show is a stepping stone" to help Yandy reach a bigger purpose. She has grown into a much wiser woman since season one, and will continue to do so, no matter what y'all have to say.
