Diddy Honors His "Superhero" Mom, Janice Combs at 'Dear Mama: A Love Letter to Moms'

Sean "Diddy" Combs is a lot of things, but first and foremost is he a loving son. At this year's Dear Mama event the mogul hit the stage (or should we say danced onto the stage?) to honor his mother Janice Combs aka Mama Combs.

In his speech, Diddy says that he wouldn't be the man and mogul that he is today if he didn't have his mother in his life. She worked hard (four jobs to be exact) to raise Diddy and his sister as a single mother.

"My mother to me was a superhero," Diddy tells the audience. "She sacrificed everything to make sure that we were well taken care of and that we received the best possible education. And that we would always have the opportunity to go on and be great. She taught me to believe in myself and trust in my dreams. She instilled in me the importance of family and the power of love."
