The Baller Wives star posted a close up shot of her one-week-old bundle of joy in a deep, peaceful slumber. As you can see, he's clearly his dad's twin.
The adorable Mike Jr. is the youngest of the four Vick children. Michael Sr. and Kijafa have two daughters named London and Jada, and Michael also has a son named Mitez from a previous relationship.
