Jersey Shore's Ronnie Magro and Malika Haqq are Officially Coupled Up — Read Their Statement

It's official like a whistle!
Jersey Shore alum Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and ATL actress and Dash Dolls star, Malika Haqq, are officially dating! Khloe Kardashian's bestie and the Jersey guido met while filming the second season of E!'s Famously Single, a show ironically intended for celebrity singles who are rehabilitating their broken hearts.
Two days ago when Ronnie took to Instagram to confirm he was in a relationship, one thing he made clear was that the mystery lady was not former flame and Jersey co-star, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola!
Fast forward and now fans can finally stop asking "Who's that girl?" and start congratulating the couple on their new relationship. Malika and Ronnie released a joint-statement to E! News exclusively to confirm their status:
"We had a lot in common from the start and it was an instant friendship. The attraction quickly became a mutual romance. Our support for one another through this challenging experience made us strong in a very short period of time. We had an opportunity to really get to know each other living in such close quarter."
"Our family and friends are aware that we are together and extremely supportive of our relationship."
The couple went on to say that although friendly the past few months, they didn't make their status official until November. Coincidentally, Ronnie's former Jersey Shore costar, Pauly D, found love on season one of Famously Single with cast mate Aubrey O'Day, and the couple is still going strong.
We wonder how Sam is taking this?
