Lil' Mo Speaks On Fabolous and His Alleged Domestic Violence Incident

Love & Hip Hop star Lil' Mo is sticking by her longtime collaborator and friend Fabolous following news of his alleged domestic violence incident with girlfriend Emily B. According to reports, and a video that was released via TMZ, the altercation also involved Emily's father.

As fate would have it, Mo had an interview slated with Revolt TV the day the news broke. At the time, the video of the Fab shouting at Emily and her father in front of their New Jersey home hadn't been released.

"I was just talking to him," Mo told Revolt on Friday (March 30) at their New York City studio. "He's good. I hit him up and said 'I love you.' He hit me back and said 'I love you too and I appreciate you, Mo.' I don't know the logistics. Honestly, even though I'm a part of the culture, I don't get involved in [gossip]. I know a lot of stuff is hype. How did they get this information? People have turned this thing from one thing to another. What the f—k is going on?"

She goes on to say that she's completely shocked to hear about the recent charges against Fab, and is sticking by his side. "I'm not letting him go out like that," she claims. "I'll Olivia Pope this situation before I let somebody take my brother down. Something don't seem right."

When it comes to the allegations, Mo says she has suspicions about what went on that day. "Something's not adding up. I put myself in the situation. If I'm somewhere and my husband is beating me up and my dad and my husband are there, that's not my dad and my brother no more." She concludes with, "He didn't work 20 years plus to go out like this."

After receiving some backlash for her statements, Mo doubled down on her stance via social media. "i don’t switch sides!! ever!! y’all be tooooo mixxy and choosy!" she tweeted. "Alotta people really love to be on these apps all day talking about other people. i hope your house is in order and you getting a check for your negativity bcuz it’s disgusting and that’s the only reason i can come up with to think why your heart is so full of hate!"
