11 Couples That Met on Reality TV and Are Still Together
Amidst the weave-pulling and table-flipping, reality TV is capable of having its shining moments. Every now and then, those who sell their souls for the sake of our entertainment take part in reality TV are lucky enough to experience a little thing called love. Here are couples who met on reality TV and are still together, and thus obviously super legit and not just using our beating hearts as a springboard to fame. Check out more from VH1's month-long Keepin' It Real reality TV package.
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jionni LaValle (Jersey Shore)
Hopeless romantic Snooks finally met her dream gorilla on the shore. We thought for sure they'd be splitsville after Jionni practically left her for dead in Italy, but after a wedding and two babies together, it was all history.
Jenni "J-Woww" Farley and Roger Mathews (Jersey Shore)
Meeting could-kill-you-with-one-punch Roger was instant love for J-Woww ("After I have sex with a guy, I will rip their head off"). The two tied the knot in 2010 and had a baby girl last summer. She will most likely be a fist-pumping beast as well.
Trista and Ryan Sutter (The Bachelorette)
Bow down to the very first bachelorette, who chose a Prince Charming she actually liked. The original reality TV couple is still going strong, 12 years of marriage and two kids later.
Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney (The Bachelor)
It took Jason a hot minute to correctly choose his queen, but better late than never, right? Jason originally proposed to Melissa Rycroft but dumped her in the finale for her runner-up, Molly Malaney. Romantic, IMO.
Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum (The Bachelorette)
J.P. proposed to Ashley on The Bachelorette, they got married on TV in December 2012, and they've just been busy being really damn adorable ever since.
Catherine Giudici and Sean Lowe (The Bachelor)
Like a boss, Catherine competed against a bunch of THOTs for Sean's affection, and we're really happy she won it because they may be the cutest couple on the planet. They said "I do" on TV last year, and now we're just patiently awaiting for them to pop out perfect babies. Tick-tock, guys.
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt (The Hills)
The couple that beat all the odds and crystals are still going strong. We didn't see how they met on The Hills, but we know Kristin Cavallari is responsible for orchestrating the "Speidi" masterpiece. A TV wedding, countless plastic surgeries, and a near-bankruptcy later, Speidi is still killing it.
Amber Brkich and Rob Mariano (Survivor: All Stars)
Amber and Rob are the perfect example of reality TV whores, and we love that. They first met on Survivor but were also on the seventh season of The Amazing Race. While embarking on every reality TV venture possible, they've popped out kids and have kept their marriage strong for 10 years. Phenomenal multitasking if you ask me.
Rachel Campos-Duffy and Sean Duffy (Road Rules: All Stars)
Sean and Rachel met in Road Rules prime (1998), which is obviously why nothing and no one has shit on their marriage. Did we mention they've been married for 16 years and have seven kids? Like, seven whole children. You don't do seven kids as a publicity stunt. Or do you?
Pam Ling and Judd Winick (The Real World: San Francisco)
Judd won our hearts and Pam's heart on TRW when he turned off the lights and covered her up after she fell asleep with a book on her lap. The two got hot and heavy after the show aired and have been married since 2001, which means chivalry will never die, people.
Rachel Reilly and Brendon Villegas (Big Brother)
During their time on Big Brother in 2010, "Brenchel" was pretty much red-hot from the start. Why else would we immediately have created an abbreviated nickname for them? That is what love is, right? Right, Speidi?? They've been married for three years and counting, which is more than Kim Kardashian a lot of people can say.
