Chris Brown Is Taking Over Las Vegas With New Residency Gig

It looks like Las Vegas now has a show for everyone. Chris Brown has landed a residency gig in Sin City, with his first show date booked for May 2.

Following in the footsteps of Celine Dion, Britney Spears, and Elton John before him, Brown will take over Las Vegas with a show at Drai's Beach Club & Nightclub, according to Big Morning Buzz Live. He won't be performing there every weekend, but has already scheduled his second show for July 4.

We know Brown isn't exactly a media darling, but if we separate his personal life from his career for just a second — that means baby, Karrueche Tran, and assault charges aside — don't you think his show would be highly entertaining? If it's anything like a typical Chris Brown concert, we can expect fights hot dance moves and a whole lot of vocal runs. And probably Tyga.
