The 10 Most Outrageous Moments From The 'Couples Therapy' 3 Premiere

We were promised drama, and my oh my how Couples Therapy delivered. In only one episode, there was crying, bowling, and a little bit of revisionist history. If this is where Dr. Jenn's latest group of patients wants to begin... well, we guess we can't stop them.

CT is back for another season filled with conflict, emotional breakthroughs, and of course, famous couples airing their dirty laundry for all to see. From Flavor Flav's early clash with his new housemates to his fiance Liz Trujillo's bowling alley breakdown, check out our list of the most ridiculous and dramatic moments captured in last night's premiere.

1. HE WHO CASTS THE FIRST STONE...

[mtvn_player vid="917664" autoplay="true"]

Things got off to a tense start when the first two couples exchanged pleasantries and blunt judgments. We followed Catelynn and Tyler's difficult decision to put their child up for adoption, as well as the emotional challenges it created, on 16 And Pregnant and Teen Mom. Flav informs us right off the bat that he's never seen the show, so maybe he didn't realize how hurtful his unsolicited opinions on giving a child up for adoption could be? Let's hope. Luckily, Liz comes to Catelynn and Tyler's rescue interjecting that there is not one right path for everyone.

2. SUNGLASSES INDOORS

Although we were uncomfortable with Flav sharing his thoughts on adoption with Catelynn and Tyler, the scene is pretty incredible as both men rock sunglasses indoors. The quick cuts between the two make us wonder how bright it is inside the CT house.

3. HISTORY LESSONS WITH CHING-A-LING

Couples Therapy 3 Chingy And Flavor Flav

The man who brought us "Right Thurr" explains to the audience just how influential Flav has been to the world of fashion, by comparing him to some of America's most innovative thinkers--or at least he tries to.

4. JOE AND ABBEY'S BAGGAGE

CouplesTherapy3JoeFrancisMovingTruck

While the other couples arrived with several suitcases in tow, Joe Francis and girlfriend Abbey Wilson brought their literal baggage to their new digs in a massive moving truck. What do you think they have inside of there (besides lies, heartache, and sexual fantasies)?

5. FLAV DEFENDS JOE'S CAREER

CouplesTherapyFlavorFlavGirlsGoneWild

Dr. Jenn admitted to VH1 that she struggled with personal bias towards Joe before the season began, based on what she knew of him in the media. Making money and gaining notoriety off explicit videos that many argue exploit young women does have the potential to paint an individual in a certain light. Luckily, Flav informs his new housemates (and the audience) that everyone's seen stuff like this before, so what's the big deal? "I love Girls Gone Wild. Love it. I mean, what man really doesn't like porn?" Thought-provoking conversation, and they haven't even served dinner yet.

6. JOE MAKES BEDROOM DEMANDS

We understand wanting to make a good impression on your new friends and television viewers, but hasn't Joe ever heard of taking a moment to let it all sink in? Either his fixation with making the bed (which should already be made considering the couple just arrived, right?) while Abbey is checking up on work emails makes us wonder if he's trying too hard to put on a perfect facade. You can't hide the truth from Dr. Jenn!

7. LIZ SITS OUT OF TEAM SPORTS

[mtvn_player vid="917981" autoplay="true"]

It was hard for us to like bowling once we realized it wasn't socially acceptable to request bumpers after the age of nine. But for reasons unexplained, or loosely attributed to her lack of attention, Liz is not feeling the group's first night outing and proceeds to complain to the girls about her partner of nine years, and sulk why everyone else is laughing and eating wings. Did we mention she got under the table? Because that happened, too.

8. CATELYNN TAKES ADVANTAGE OF FREE FOOD

CouplesTherapyCatelynnChickenWings

Speaking of wings, Catelynn makes the smart decision to capitalize on some free food and bowling rather than get sucked into Liz's drama. There's an entire season for that!

9. CHINGY GETS DOWN TO BUSINESS

CouplesTherapy3ChingyTempleRolePlaying

Chingy and girlfriend Temple Poteat have a long history together riddled with trust issues and infidelity. Is role-playing in the bedroom ("You're gonna be a lady saleswoman, and we're going to end up having sex") on the very first day you arrive at a reality show the way to strengthen your on-again-off-again relationship, and make your girlfriend trust you again? Maybe!

10. FLAV VISITS HIS FRIENDS AT THE BAR

[mtvn_player vid="917982" autoplay="true"]

Despite being rattled by his fiance's freak-out, Flav is not afraid to express himself. "You're not the only one in this relationship with feelings, you know?" he explains, describing how he feels like he's being punished for not having ESP(N) "or something." Bowling night gone bad leads Flav to drown his sorrows in the comfort of his liquid friends, and one of the youngest housemates, Tyler, to dole out advice about how to make things work. Yeesh. Strap in for a long season, friends.

What was the most outrageous moment from last night's premiere? Will Flavor Flav and Liz make it through to the end? Will Catelynn and Tyler be the voices of reason? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
