At first, we were all rooting for Fitz on Scandal. But Jake Ballard, played by the beautiful Scott Foley, is quickly (and shirtless-ly) making things more difficult. Even though his co-star Kerry Washington didn't seem to get too hot and bothered when talking about kissing this gorgeous man, we all know it's probably a magical experience. He's come a long way since it's Felicity days.

In season four's first episode, Jake told Olivia all of the things he did to her that Fitz couldn't do — and don't even pretend your mind didn't go off to far away places while listening. Because of his sexy assertiveness on screen (booty call, anyone?), we can't help but feel crazy about Foley in real life. Can you blame us?
