Tamar Braxton Reveals Inspiration Behind New Album 'Calling All Lovers'

Tamar Braxton's new album Calling All Lovers is not your "typical love album." The LP seeks out lovers in all stages of the phenomenon, and its release is tied to the anniversary of 9/11.

"When [9/11] happened, everyone came together, whether they knew each other or not," Tamar says in the above video. "The common goal was to be there for each other."

And so is the common goal of Calling All Lovers, due out on September 11, 2015. The album draws inspiration from Tamar's own experiences in love. From getting your heartbroken to being lied to to feeling alone in the relationship, the album covers all of the bases of love and loss.
