Chrissy Teigen Isn't A Fan Of Crying Supermodels

[mtvn_player vid="907830" autoplay="true"]

As an impartial host, Chrissy Teigen isn't supposed to cast judgment on the ladies of Model Employee. But that doesn't mean she hasn't fantasized about slinging memorable catchphrases and eliminating enthusiastic hopefuls who fall short of her glamorous and highly professional standards. "Next season I want to be a judge, too, and I want to send people off," the supermodel tells us. "I would definitely be a tough judge, a tough critic, harsh." Only because she knows this world so well!

Like the contestants of ME Chrissy is looking to expand her resume -- she's already gotten a head start -- by moving off the runway and working with major brands. Throughout her experience, she's learned crying in the workplace (while cathartic) doesn't always help you get ahead. "My tolerance for tears is very little when you're beautiful and crying over nothing," she explains. Models, feel lucky to have escaped the wrath of this horrible dictator! (Kidding, obviously. We love you, Chrissy! Who else would we get our fabulous dinner recipes and Twitter zingers from?)
