Demi Lovato fired shots at Lady Gaga on twitter because she felt Gaga's SXSW performance (which included being puked on) glamorized eating disorders. When a fan said that Gaga herself suffers from eating disorders, Lovato retorted, "So it's cool if I do a speech about self-harm and then proceed to watch someone cut themselves on my stage?
