In This 'Love & Hip Hop New York' Sneak Peek, Alexis Skyy Vents About Her Career and Considers Taking Fetty to Court
After an awkward studio encounter on this week's Love & Hip Hop New York, Maggie and Alexis can both complain about one thing: Their careers aren't where they want them to be.
First of all, in what may be a true miracle, Maggie acknowledges that the problem isn't Alexis in all of this mess, it's Maino. The truth of the matter is that he isn't taking her seriously at all, even though he's the one who got her into the studio in the first place. Then, to make matters worse, after finishing a dope song with another artist, Maggie got news that the artist died in a shooting.
Alexis knows a thing or two about these shootings. She was involved in the Tr3way shooting and she is "stressed the f-ck out at this point." She explains, "Everything has just fell apart because my team, Tr3way, that was I with—everybody's in jail. So I'm kind of by myself now...Everything that I planned is basically going left."
She's talking, of course, about her plans to pursue music in New York, uprooting her life and her daughter's life in the process.
And that's not the only thing bothering her. On top of stressing about how she'll provide for her daughter, Alexis also has to deal with "Solo Motherf-cking Lucci" claiming that Alaiya is his child. Listen to her talk it out with Maggie in the clip above. At least these ladies have each other to lean on.
Tune in to Love & Hip Hop New York on Mondays at 8/7c!
