Alexis Skyy Just Wants Baby Alaiya to Have a Father in Her Life on 'Love & Hip Hop'

Motherhood isn't always easy, and sometimes it just takes a village to make it work. In Alexis Skyy's case, that village is her grandmother on Love & Hip Hop. Not only is grandma able to lend a helping hand to take care of baby Alaiya, but she's also able to lend her ear to Alexis.

Baby Alaiya was diagnosed with hydrocephalus, a condition that essentially causes excess fluids to build up in her brain. After her traumatic, early birth, Alaiya had a total of four brain surgeries to alleviate the build up of fluid. She also had a shunt implanted in her brain, allowing the fluid to now drain into her stomach. This complicates her care-taking, making it much more involved... and expensive.

While her grandmother encouraged Alexis to embrace the blessing of Alaiya, it's hard to ignore the elephant in the room--Fetty Wap's absence. Alexis explained that she's not looking for child support or a relationship from Fetty. She just wants her daughter to have her father in her life.
