Lily has stirred up enough drama at 9MAG in the past few seasons of Black Ink Chicago to last an entire lifetime, but is she ready to change her ways for a second chance?

If she wants a spot at the new shop, she'll have to go through the same process as everybody else. That means interviewing all over again to make sure that she's a good fit for the new team. Ryan is "ready to give Lily another chance," but he also expects to see some actual changes. "If I'm giving her another chance," he says, "then she's gotta make a change. I've always believed in Lily's talent, but her attitude is her downfall."
