DJ Self Sheds Light On The Current State of His Relationship With Cardi B

It's all still love.

If you thought DJ Self and Cardi B weren't on good terms anymore, then somebody done told you wrong.

Over the weekend, DJ Self joined his home team for the 2018 Powerhouse concert that went down at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. Among the top-billed performers was Cardi B, who at one point worked alongside Self on a couple for seasons of Love & Hip Hop. The two even got into a heated argument where Cardi accused the emcee of being "disloyal" for not supporting her music.

While some fans speculated that the Gwinnin' general and Cardi were no longer cool, especially following an incident involving Nicki Minaj on Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club, he dispelled those rumors with a simple post:

You still believe that story 😁 Bronx I see ya @iamcardib @artisthbtl NY in da building #powerhouse2018 can we smell colab????

A. Boogie With Da Bodak? Sign me up! Past differences aside, it looked as if it was a dope night overall. Cardi put on a full set and Self's artist Dreamdoll fulfilled her long-time dream of hitting the Powerhouse stage. Dream was brought out by "No Limit" lyricist, G-Eazy.

Dope look, Dreamdoll! It's amazing to see New York artists winning together --- or should I say, Gwinnin!

In this throwback Love & Hip Hop clip, Cardi lets Self have it for not being loyal.
