It all started off innocently enough. Lady Gaga took to Facebook to give her Little Monsters a better look at her "vintage Mugler" apparel. Pretty sweet, right? But things took a NSFW turn when she ended up showing much more than just her haute couture style.

The pic captured Gags looking regal as ever in an elegant white blazer, Jackie O glasses, and humongous choker necklace. "FASHUN: Vintage Mugler on the plane Listening to Miles Davis My favorite is Flamenco Sketches," she captioned the photo, seemingly oblivious to the fact that said vintage Mugler is hanging wide open to reveal her boob. Ooof.

Accident or intentional? You decide. Lady Gaga's not exactly the type to engage in attention-seeking behavior, right guys? But on second thought...she totally is.
