New Legal Documents Confirm That Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez Were Never Married
Go ahead and say, "I told you so." New legal documents now confirm that the long suspect marriage between Love & Hip Hop Atlanta's Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez was not, in fact, real.
Joseline filed a petition for paternity last week that revealed, while she and Stevie were in a romantic and intimate relationship, they were not legally married. In the affidavit, courtesy of BOSSIP, the Puerto Rican Princess wrote, "I and Mr. Steven Jordan were involved in a long-term romantic relationship," she continued, "We engaged in sexual intercourse with each other in the month of April 2016. As a result of the intercourse, I conceived a child with Mr. Jordan."
At the end of season five of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Stevie had come forward saying that his marriage to Joseline was fake but she maintained that they were legally wed. The couple is expected to meet in court later next month. Joseline is due in January 2017.
Back in August 2016, Joseline's attorney released a statement, saying, "We are trying to get Stevie to take a blood test to see if the baby is his. [Joseline’s] already taken her test. She’s waiting for him to go down and put his sample in." Hernandez's rep also said, "Stevie is not supporting her in any form or fashion. Not financially, nothing."
Do you think these two will be able to settle things without the drama?
