Azealia Banks Pens Emotional Apology Letter to Zayn Malik

Following her dramatic altercation with Russell Crowe earlier this week, Azealia Banks pens an emotional apology letter to Zayn Malik after blasting him with homophobic and racist tweets back in May.

In the letter published by her rep she writes, “there are no words that can fully express how sorry I am. Recent events have taught me the importance of taking accountability for one's actions,” the letter reads. “I want and need to say I am sorry, I was wrong.”

She continues by asking for forgiveness. “Throughout my transgressions you remained a gentleman and I applaud you for displaying class and maintaining a level head. The world can learn a lot from you and I hope you find room in your heart to accept my sincerest apologies.”

This letter possibly stems from RZA's Facebook post yesterday displaying his embarrassment and disapproval of her actions against Russell Crowe and others at the hotel. Zayn hasn't yet responded to the letter, but you can read Azealia's emotional letter in its entirety below.
