Lil' Scrappy Shows Footage of His Horrific Car Accident in New Music Video

God was certainly watching over Lil' Scrappy one dreadful night.

Scrappy suffered a major setback but by the grace of the Almighty, he's finna have a major comeback. Earlier this week, the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star released his first single entitled "They Don't Love You" off of his upcoming EP.

It's been nearly two months since his horrifying car accident and like most artists, Scrappy decided to express his emotions about his distressing recovery through the pen. He goes in about how abandoned he felt while he was hospitalized, rapping:

I was in the struggle and ain't nobody care

When them bottles come, everybody wanna drink

When the problems come, betcha n---as walk away

And if you need a bag, guess you n---as hesitate

N---as see the tab, they don't have s---t to say

These suckas never say it to my face

Say "I love you," but their actions show their face

All the while, images of his x-rays, hospital visits, prescribed medications, rehab, and of the course the beautiful Bambi are featured throughout the video.
