Getting hate mail can't feel good, but Kurt Cobain dealt with it in his own —err— unique way. A new clip from HBO's upcoming documentary Montage Of Heck shows the Nirvana frontman decked out in a wedding dress and a Hitler mustache while reading a scathing letter from a fan to the editor of Sassy magazine. The writer was apparently outraged that the mag dared to feature Kurt's wife Courtney Love (AKA "that Courtney hag") in a recent interview with Kurt, that "god of love in human form."

Despite the nice words about himself, Kurt didn't take kindly to the digs about his love, and so he created this bizarre yet oddly hilarious performance art video. It's definitely a fascinating look into their relationship, as well aS the late rock icon's sense of humor.
