Thalia Breaks Down While Talking to Her Sister About Her Mom in This 'Beauty Bar' Bonus Clip

Family is usually complicated, but for Thalia that takes on a whole new meaning considering it's been a decade since she last spoke to her mom. In this VH1 Beauty Bar bonus clip, she gets real with her half-sister about how hurt she is by her strained relationship with her mom.

It's been so long since Thalia has spoken to her mom that she doesn't even really remember the exact year that they stopped speaking. She thinks it's 6 years ago, but her sister has to remind her that it's actually been over 10 years. For Thalia, the problem is that she wants to give her mom another chance and rekindle their relationship but her mom doesn't accept Thalia for who she is. Thalia is incredibly happy and proud of herself and what she has accomplished, but she knows that's not going to get her mom to change how she feels. It's heartbreaking because Thalia has suffered but can't "make her [mom] want to have relationship." As sad as this makes Thalia, she's grateful that her sister has been there for her to love her through it all.
