The question of whether Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez are actually husband and wife remains to be seen as our ongoing investigation continues. Following tonight's episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta we decided to dive into the past for any clues that could lead us to the truth.
Outlined below is the third phase of our investigation, which includes video evidence from Seasons 1 and 2. If desperate times call for desperate measures, we are prepared to go undercover, like T.I. and Major, in order to solve this ongoing mystery! Case File: Stevie J + Joseline: Married or Not?

Facts Of The Case:
In the summer of 2013, after the season finale of the widely successful season two of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Hip Hop Weekly magazine ran a cover story that shocked the world to it's core. "Stevie J & Joseline Married" read the headline which was accompanied by a glowing photo of the scantily clad couple. All throughout that summer until the present day, the couple has been very public about their civil union, which they maintain was performed by a Justice of the Peace. However, the name of the official was never released.
The Evidence:
The following evidence supports the position that Stevie J + Joseline ARE married.
Exhibit A: Joseline Is On "The Stevie J Bus" For The Long Run

During the second part of the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Season 1 reunion show, when executive producer and reunion host Mona Scott-Young asks if Stevie J and Joseline are officially together, both of them confidently reply no. However, later on in the clip above Joseline admits that she is with Stevie J for the sex and his money. With all of the success Stevie has helped Joseline to achieve, Joseline claims that she will proudly ride on "The Stevie J Bus" until the end of time. Sounds like there is no fear of commitment on Joseline's end.
Exhibit B: Joseline and Stevie J Went House Hunting

Towards the end of Season 2 the relationship between Stevie J and Joseline became more serious as they begun their search for a house together. When Joseline takes matters into her own hands and shows Stevie a house she wants them to buy, she puts pressure on him to make a decision about their relationship. After buying a house together, it would appear that Stevie J and Joseline took the next step in their relationship and got married.
Although the evidence above favors that Joseline and Stevie J are married, not everyone is convinced on the subject. As Phyillisse tweets below, is it possible that Joseline is delusional about her relationship with Stevie J?
And now for the opposing side!
The following evidence supports the position that Stevie + Joseline's marriage NEVER happened.
Exhibit A: Benzino Was Not Invited To The Wedding

When Stevie J and Joseline host Benzino and his new girlfriend, Althea, over for dinner, weddings and marriage become the topic of conversation. Without trying to be too harsh, Benzino questions why he was not invited to Stevie J's wedding. Obviously, with Stevie J and Benzino practically brothers, we know that Benzino would have been the Best Man. While answering the question, Stevie J and Joseline reveal that family members were not even invited to the wedding - including Stevie J's father who is an ordained minister! Something here does not fully add up. Was this "wedding" some sort of rushed elopement?
Exhibit B: Mimi and Stevie J Are Working On Being A Family

In this bonus clip from Season 2, we witness Mimi and Stevie J spending time with their daughter, Eva, and discussing how to be a happy family. While playing with their daughter, Stevie J admits that he wants the three of them to be a unit and that he wants his family back together again. Is it possible that Stevie J is still in love with Mimi?
