Twitter is Celebrating the "Perfect Date" Thanks to 'Miss Congeniality'

It's that time of year again when "it's not too hot and not too cold." Today, April 25th is Miss Congeniality Day. For those who aren't up to speed, in the 2000 comedy starring Sandra Bullock as an FBI agent who goes undercover at a beauty pageant, Miss Rhode Island (Cheryl Frasier) is asked to "describe her perfect date" — (her fantasy romantic evening) she surprises the crowd with a very literal response.

“That’s a tough one. I’d have to say April 25th, because it’s not too hot, not too cold. All you need is a light jacket!” she responds. Welp, today is that "perfect date" and Twitter can't hide their excitement.
