We Know These VH1 Stars Love the Gym, But Can They Survive Brad Pitt’s 'Fight Club' Workout Routine?
Rule #1: Don't talk about Fight Club, but everyone who wants Brad Pitt's ripped body will be! The good people over at FitnessBlackandWhite have revealed in detail the workout program that morphed Pitt into having one of the most iconic movie bods in Hollywood.
Don't get too excited yet though, this workout isn't an easy walk in the park. According to the fitness site, the actor's workout was based on a training routine targeting only one muscle group PER DAY. We gathered from their Instagram's, that these VH1 stars below love to workout, so if there's anyone who could possibly take on this regime it's these gym rats.
