Tragedy Strikes Toya Wright's Circle Again as Her Ex, Former NFL Player James Hardy III is Found Dead

In less than a year, Toya Wright has suffered incredible loss. Unfortunately, the bad news keeps piling up for the reality star.

Toya's ex-boyfriend, former NFL player James Hardy, III was found dead at the age of 31. The wide receiver's body was discovered in a river near Fort Wayne, Indiana. According to the Allen County Coroner's Office, Hardy's family had reported him missing weeks ago. A cause of death has not yet been identified.

Hardy was a star wide player at the University of Indiana where he played from 2005-07. The Buffalo Bills drafted him in 2008, where he devoted two seasons before moving on to the Baltimore Ravens in 2011. Hardy also played for the Arizona Rattlers and Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League. As the details surrounding his death continue to unfold, The Buffalo Bills have issued a statement about Hardy's passing.

The sad news is the latest in a string of tragedies in Toya's life since last summer. In August 2016, Toya's brothers Rudy and Josh were both murdered while sitting inside of their car. In November of that same year, while still mourning her brothers' deaths, Toya announced that her Godmother and close friend had also passed away.
